Shipping and Delivery Policy
Australian delivery addresses
We offer our customers free delivery of products Australia wide by Australia Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
All parcels are generally delivered between 8.30am – 5.30pm to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. Parcels cannot be left unattended. It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. If you have missed the delivery first time around, you will be contacted and will have to collect it up from the advised location. We do not offer direct pickup of your order from our despatch site.
Customers from International locations, please contact us directly at email@example.com with your needed goods and we will can quote you on shipping with your preferred carrier or we can suggest one for you. If you are satisfied with the shipping cost quote we can process your order directly.
Products are listed on our site in AUD including the Australian GST rate. All non-Australian related taxes, duties and Customs charges are the responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.
Customer Service Policy
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. We will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. If you require the goods to be returned for refund due to one of the reasons allowed above, you need to contact us to arrange collection.
We accept no responsibility or duty for delivery unless you elect to take out insurance cover. If you elect to take out insurance cover, a charge will be calculated based on the stated percentage of your total order. If you elect to take out insurance, we will replace your order free of charge in the situation it is not received by you due to shipping error.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Regulation 90 (1)(c) and 90 (2)
